I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, former NYIA Nurse Assessor, wife, and mother who is passionate about helping individuals and families navigate the long-term care assessment process with confidence. With over four years of experience in psychiatric, medical, and community-based care—and hands-on experience completing Uniform Assessment System (UAS) evaluations—I understand how confusing and stressful this process can be when you’re unprepared.

After seeing many individuals struggle to qualify simply due to lack of understanding, I created Your Long Term Care Assessment Coach to provide education, guidance, and support before assessments take place. Through virtual coaching sessions, I help clients understand eligibility requirements, organize their information, and communicate their needs clearly. My goal is to empower you with knowledge, reduce anxiety, and help you approach your assessment feeling informed, confident, and supported.
